I'm an ex-private investigator now writing full-time in the Pacific Northwest, where I live in a small house on a small island with my small dog, Sadie, who has more energy than Robin Williams. I will be publishing a few of my novels over the next few years, so stop by often and check out what's new.
As
a kid I was always making stuff: skates, skateboards, skimboards, skis,
sleds, clothing, furniture, wood carvings, Easter baskets, comic books,
you name it. I was the mother of all nerds. Anyway, I think I was
searching for the one thing I wanted to keep on making for the rest of
my life. Then one day I discovered Choose Your Own Adventure books.
Remember those? You as the reader were asked to make choices for the
characters. Choose Your Own Adventures were a lot of fun and I just had
to make my own. And so I did, writing three of them, and I've been
hooked on writing ever since. (Just think, I could have been hooked on
making Easter baskets.)
MOON DANCE
MY REVIEW.
This book starts off with Samantha moon already a been bitten and knowing what she is. She hides it verry well from everyone including her family, and the athorities. That is untill she meets Kingsley Which is when she finds out that there are not olnly vampires out there, there are more of her kind. so She tries to keep up her aperiences of a normal human daily life while at night she is an amazing detective.
I enjoyed this part of the book I don't normally like detective books but the twist of samantha being a vampire gives it that excitment edge of the thought of her being found out, and that she starts investigating a atepmted murder of a non human also has you asking q's and not only you samantha dosent find out who shes working for till you get to the middle of the book.
If you enjoy reading detective books and fictional then this book has lots of twists. This book you will want to read on as her story continues in the rest of the series.
VAMPIRE MOON
Private investigator Samantha Moon finds herself hunting down a powerful crime lord and protecting an innocent woman from her ruthless ex-husband—all while two very different men vie for her heart. And as the stakes grow higher and her cases turn personal, Samantha Moon will do whatever it takes to protect the innocent and bring two cold-blooded killers to justice—her own brand of justice.
MY REVIEW
In this book Samantha life just gets that little bit more complicated. As her client form the first book falls in love with her or does he just want her for who she is a vampire its a little up and down and Samantha herself i don't think she really knows who she loves but does lean of her 1st client for support a lot more than she does her husband. All she cares about in this book is dealing out justice and to protect this innocent woman but seeing as the courts do not know about vampire and supernatural beings she has to be the judge and jury and sentencing judge in this book. but is she doing the right thing by doing this?
I liked that her life also is in a state of change in this book as exciting as the detective part of this book is i enjoy that there are other things going on i think if it was just about her job this book i would have put down by the time i read the 2nd chapter but i love there there are more than just one story line and life out of work is conveyed in the book. This book had me wanting to know what happened did she chose her husband or the supernatural being . has anyone found out about her being a vampire and how is she coping with being one.

MOON CHILD
Private investigator Samantha Moon is faced with an impossible decision—a decision that no mother should ever have to make. A decision that will change her life, and those she loves, forever. And through it all, Sam finds herself in a lethal game of vampire vs. vampire as a powerful—and desperate—enemy will stop at nothing to claim what he most desires
MY REVIEW
Now getting to grips with her abilities of being a vampire and he friendship with her 1st client she becomes a really good detective. on the other hand her personal life as a wife and mother are on the rocks but she puts up a really good fight to keep those she loves close to her especially her child.
I enjoyed this book as her personal life gets more out of control as She has had to move out due to her husband finding out about what she really is and all he thinks about it is she goign to bite her child and him, im sure if she was goign to do that she would have done it soon after she was bitten not a year down the line. her husband becames a right pain in the butt in this book and i think makes more worries and truoble for her but thankgoodness she had her work to fall back on and her faithfull friend.
